One-on-one Personal Training

A one-on-on trainer designs and then guides you through your workouts ensuring the best results from your efforts. Personal trainers are great motivators who can keep your workouts updated, effective, fresh and interesting.

Our trainers focus on any aspect of your fitness program you feel needs special attention including motivation, variety, exercise modifaction or meeting specific training goals.

Individual sessions are available for those who have specific questions or goals; packages are available for those who are working toward longer-term fitness goals.

PiYo™ is an athletic fusion style strength and flexibility mat class. It combines Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength in a flowing sequence designed for those who like to move with grace and power. PiYo™ is a physical journey and allows the instructor to transform their mind body class into a masterpiece that suits the individual style of their students as well as their own unique preferences.

Get Slim

This is an eight-week program designed to give you the opportunity to lose up to 12 pounds. Together, our Apex Weight Management and Personal Training team will meet with you three times a week to aid in the success of your program.

Get Moving

This is a six-week program for people who need to just get moving any way that they can. You will meet with our degreed professional staff two times a week.

Get to the Point

This is a six-week program that meets three times a week to work on reshaping or changing your current exercise program. This is for the person who has been working out for at least six months or more and we will include two weeks of Apex (nutrition) information.

Get in the Game

This is a six-week program that meets three times a week to work on any sport-specific skill that you would like. Meet with our degreed professional staff to learn what muscles are needed for your sport and how to train them to improve your game. Be prepared to play the games you love.

Special Events

This is a six-week program that meets two times a week to help you look and feel you best for an upcoming event such as a wedding, reunion or vacation. Our degreed, professional staff will work with you and design an individualized program that focuses on exercise, nutrition and overall wellness.

Rookie Route

This is a six-week program that meets two times a week for those who have never exercised before. Are you afraid of injuring yourself or doing the wrong thing for your body? Then this program will fit what you need. Our degreed, professional staff will take you through a slow progression of the OPT (optimal training model) for exercise so that you work in a safe and effective manner.
