Assessment Services

Did you ever wonder where your fitness level compares to others of your age? Do you want to see what kind of toll the last few years have taken? Do you just want a starting point to see your progress as you begin and continue your exercise program?

The professional exercise trainers at Trillium Fitness can conduct health and fitness assessments depending on your need. From a complete health risk appraisal to body weight and body circumferences, our trainers scientifically collect the data and tell you what it means and how it affects your wellness program.

Discuss with your trainer your need for assessment services. Your first assessment is included in your membership fee.


Counseling Services

Our counseling services are available to members and the public. Services are provided for the emotional benefit to a healthier lifestyle.

They can help with family/marriage therapy, individual/habitual issues and spritual guidance. Fees for counseling vary depending on service provided. At Trillium, they range from $35 – $85 per hour.


Trillium is now offering Life and Wellness Coaching.

Member/Guest Extravaganzas

Three times a year, in April, July and November, Trillium Fitness celebrates the members and guests by holding a festive gala.

April is our Spring Fling where we encourage you to shake off the wintry season and to prepare for the warmer weather to come.

In June, we turn to the outdoors by moving the party outside under the gold and white tent. We barbecue the healthy fare as we relax in the warm early evening.

November brings an early Thanksgiving including a turkey and the trimmings.


Our open houses are fun for all!

At each of our member/guest celebrations, we provide entertainment, healthy snacks, and opportunities to win! Members can win the grand prize, perhaps a trip to Florida, one year’s membership or $500 cash. Guests also have a chance to win door prizes.

Also during the parties, take advantage of the specials on goods and services. You will find nearly all of the prices reduced.
